SMOLDERING - 6/19/06

As you may be aware, I visited Mayo clinic last Friday until today. The electrophoresis tests and bone surveys indicate no change from last March. The tests indicated a possible very slight reduction of plasma cells. At any rate, the disease is not any worse and is classified as smoldering. The plan at this point is to continue to monitor monoclonal protein levels every three months locally and visit Mayo again this time next year. I feel prayers are being answered and I continue to pray the disease smolders as long as possible.
